All classes are mindfully designed to offer a physical and mental release (with special requests welcomed) ensuring everyone feels better after every class and ready to take on the rest of their day/week!

The art of self-care


Explore the wonderment and process of painting as self-care. Allow your cares to melt away in watercolors!

As you paint, you’ll be encouraged to practice mindfulness by noticing the shapes and colors on the page. Take this to the next level with some lavender aromatherapy.
